Sleep Routine Guide is an independent, evidence-informed resource for building a better night. We test and compare the tools, apps, and devices that actually help you fall asleep faster, and dig into wind-down routines, the sleep environment, and the science of rest, so you can skip the hype and choose what works for you.

Methodology

Every buying guide on Sleep Routine Guide follows the same research and citation workflow. We do not publish anything that fails the checklist below.

  • Cite numbers inline; sources surface as a structured section, not a footnote dump.
  • Acknowledge uncertainty. If the data is thin, we say so.
  • Direct, declarative voice. No filler. No formulaic section endings.
  • Comparison tables before walls of prose — buyers scan, then read.
